So glad they used monk fruit instead of sugar or stevia. It has a natural sweetness without any aftertaste. I add berries and a drizzle of honey and it is the perfect breakfast. Keeps me full until lunch.

I prep these on Sunday night for the whole work week. Just add milk, wait overnight, and you have a nutritious breakfast. The vanilla coconut flavor is lovely. Would prefer a bit more sweetness.

As a vegan, I love that chia seeds are rich in omega-3 ALA. This mix makes it easy to incorporate them into my diet daily. The coconut shreds add nice texture. Wish the pouch was resealable.

Much better than buying plain chia seeds and trying to flavor them yourself. This mix gets the ratios right. I use oat milk and it comes out perfect every time. Great for meal prep.

The pudding is nutritious but the chia seed gel texture takes getting used to. I find adding granola and fresh fruit on top helps with the consistency. Flavor-wise it is pleasant.
